   Documentation

   The documentation for HOPS is admittedly sparse. For each component of HOPS, the following sources of documentation are present:

   Readme.*

   A simple ASCII file describing the pieces of each component and their basic use.

   *.in

   The input files. Useful information is usually littered throughout the input files.

   GNUmakefile.*

   The GNU makefiles. Useful information is located in the comments in the top, especially the descriptions of the C-PreProcessing options.

   Additionally, most subroutines and include files are internally documented.
