Operational area - we will operate in the portion of PMRF operating area W-186
west of longitude 159/55W. This is to keep our operations clear of a vessel transit lane in the eastern half of the Kaulakahi Channel between
Kauai and Niihau. We are also prohibited from operating inside the 3-mile limit off Niihau.
