3-D Dye Release Advisory

For the possible tracking of the dye for 6hr, here are some 3D flow map restricted to the possible region of interest. The release is at 15m and forecasts are given every hour. Note, the actual pathways will also depend on the dye density. The fields are computed/prepared using PE forecasts.
