The changing winds (southerly to northerly) appear to be causing upwelling events on both sides of Cape Cod Bay.

The water in the center of CCbay is now mixed down from 5 to 12 m, with most likely interesting biological activity and blooms occuring at these depths. The overall suggested plan for tomorrow Tuesday, Sep 29 is:

- The Oceanus CTD's: to sample the center of MBay (track 6), complementing Track 5 sampled last night.

- The Lucky Lady: to sample the center of CCBay, at mesoscale resolution, based on the modified track 9 (part of this track was already used past Sunday, Sep 27).

- All AUV's: to sample bow tie patterns, in the center of CCbay, as supported by the R/V A.J.
