MSEAS Super-UROP Ali Daher won the Rhodes Scholarship in the Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine region. Since September 2018, Ali has been working together with our MSEAS group, especially graduate students Wael Ali and Abhinav Gupta, on developing and learning a predictive mathematical model for the evolution of Glioblastoma Multiforme, a highly aggressive brain tumor.
